Tech Prerequisites

Qadence Support

Please review the below prerequisites for using Qadence:

Qadence is optimized for Google Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. The supported versions are the current and the last two releases of each browser. Enabling browser auto-updates will ensure users have the latest browser and security patches installed.
Mobile is not yet supported on any browser or device.
Tableau Cloud mobile is supported. Please inquire with your TQG consultant or the firm that you are working with for more details.
Safari is partially supported: please ensure cross-site tracking is not prevented under Safari > Settings > Privacy.
Recommended network bandwidth is 500 kbits/s download speed per concurrent user.
Recommended internet connection is 2 Mbits/s.
Recommended PC characteristics are Intel I5/I7 CPU, GPU Support, minimum 4GB RAM, and 1400x1024 resolution or higher.
